I've been in Ukraine for a week. I'm here as a superviser to export automotive parts to Germany. It is really boring just going to the office in the morning and have a brief meeting with staff, visiting warehouse, where automotive parts are stocked, everyday... However, for some reason I need to stay here for one more week, this means I can enjoy weekend here in Kiev! My colleague, she graduated from Kiev University, I heard it is the same level or highier than Tokyo University, kindly show me around the town and I, actually we enjyoed a lot! She's really good at speaking Japanese however she's really shy so we talked in English, I'm afraid...
She took me not only the major place for sight seeing but some local place as well. After 3-hours-walk, we finally had Ukraine beer! Actually I walked for 3 hours for this :) She said I should stay in the hotel because some Neo-Nazis would have an illegal gathering tomorrow. Is it really dangerous for me? I think it's much better for me to visit another colleague's place and have a beer and Gergean wine tomorrow!
